A personal AI that actually helps

Your email is a mess. Your calendar is a mystery. You know there's a document somewhere but you can't find it. What if you had a quiet, private assistant that handled all of that for you, every single day?

See How It Works What It Does

You wake up to this

A calm, clear summary of your day. On your phone. Before your first cup of coffee.

โ˜€๏ธ Good morning. Here's your Tuesday.
๐Ÿ“ฌ
2 emails worth reading. One from your doctor's office confirming Thursday's appointment. One from your daughter about Thanksgiving plans. The rest is newsletters and promotions.
๐Ÿ“…
One thing on your calendar: Lunch with Margaret at noon, that Italian place on Main Street.
๐ŸŒค๏ธ
Weather: 72ยฐF and sunny. Perfect for that walk you've been meaning to take.
๐Ÿ’Š
Reminder: Pharmacy prescription is ready for pickup at Walgreens (since yesterday).
๐Ÿ“ฐ
News you follow: That company you invested in reported earnings. Stock is up 3% pre-market.
๐Ÿ’ก
Your idea from Saturday: "Look into that gardening class at the community center." Want me to find their schedule and sign-up info?

Like having a personal secretary that never forgets

๐Ÿ“ฌ

Email Made Simple

Your AI reads your email and tells you what actually matters. No more scrolling through 50 messages to find the one from your doctor.

๐Ÿ“…

Never Miss an Appointment

It knows your schedule. Upcoming appointments, birthday reminders, when that bill is due. It tells you before you need to remember.

๐Ÿ”

Find Any Document

"Where's that insurance form?" Just ask. Your AI searches your files and finds it. No more opening folder after folder.

๐Ÿ“ฐ

News That Matters to You

Tell it what topics you care about. It reads the news every morning and gives you a summary. No doom-scrolling required.

๐Ÿ’ฌ

Just Text It

You talk to your AI on your phone through whatever messaging app you already use: WhatsApp, iMessage, Telegram, Signal, or others. Ask it questions, give it tasks, or just say "what's on my schedule today?" It's like texting a very organized friend.

๐Ÿ“ธ

Photos, PDFs, and Receipts

Send it a photo of a receipt, a PDF from your insurance, or a screenshot of something you want to remember. It reads it, files it, and you can find it later just by asking.

๐Ÿ’ก

Never Lose an Idea Again

Have a thought while you're out walking? Text it to your AI. It saves every idea, every note, every reminder. Then it follows up: "You mentioned wanting to call the plumber. Want me to remind you tomorrow morning?"

๐Ÿ”’

Completely Private

Your AI runs on a computer in your home. Your emails, documents, and personal information never leave your house. Nobody else can see it.

๐Ÿ’พ

Everything Is Backed Up

Your AI's settings and memory are automatically backed up with encryption every day. If your computer has a problem, nothing is lost. We restore it like nothing happened.

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ

Security Checks Run Every Night

While you sleep, your system runs automatic security scans to make sure everything is safe and up to date. If something needs attention, your AI tells you in your morning brief.

Text your AI from your favorite app

No new apps to install or learn. Your AI agent connects to the messaging app that's already on your phone.

๐Ÿ’ฌ WhatsApp
๐Ÿ’ฌ iMessage
โœˆ๏ธ Telegram
๐Ÿ’ฌ Signal
Slack
Discord

And more: Google Chat, Microsoft Teams, Matrix, IRC, LINE, and others. We'll pick the best one for you on our call.

Things people ask me

I'm not good with technology. Can I still use this?
Absolutely. If you can send a text message, you can use your AI agent. You text it on your phone, and it texts you back. I handle all the technical setup. During our walkthrough, I make sure you're completely comfortable before I consider the job done.
Will it read all my emails?
Only if you want it to. We set the boundaries together. Most people have it check email and summarize what's important, but it only does what you give it permission to do. You're always in control.
Where does my data go?
Nowhere. Your AI runs on a computer in your home. Your emails, documents, and personal information stay on that computer, on your network. It's not stored on some company's server. This is the most private way to use AI.
What's the monthly cost?
My setup fee ($200) is one-time. After that, you pay the AI provider directly, usually $20-100 per month depending on which service you choose. I'll help you pick the most affordable option. There's no monthly fee to me unless you want ongoing maintenance and support ($75/mo).
What if something breaks?
Every setup includes a walkthrough and basic troubleshooting guide. If you want ongoing peace of mind, the $75/month maintenance plan means I handle updates, fix issues, and add new features as you think of them. You can also email me anytime.
Can my spouse/family use it too?
Yes. Your AI can be set up to serve your whole household. Shared family calendar, reminders for everyone, household management. We'd talk through what makes sense during our initial call.

๐Ÿ“ฐ This technology is growing fast

The software your AI agent runs on, OpenClaw, just made major news. Its creator joined OpenAI (the company behind ChatGPT), and the project is becoming an officially supported open source foundation. This means more investment, more features, and a stronger platform going forward.

The AI world moves fast. New capabilities show up every month. That can feel overwhelming, but here's the thing: you don't need to keep up. That's my job.

When improvements come out, I test them and figure out what's actually useful. Then I update your setup so you get the benefits without changing anything on your end. Maintenance clients get these upgrades automatically.

Which AI service should you use?

I recommend Claude Opus 4.6 by Anthropic ($200/mo). It's the smartest, most reliable model available, and it's the hardest for bad actors to trick. This matters because your AI reads your email and documents. Scam emails, fake invoices, even hidden instructions on websites can try to manipulate a weaker AI into doing something harmful. This is already happening in the real world. Opus is built to resist it.

If $200/mo is more than you want to spend, cheaper options exist ($20-100/mo). They'll still work for basic tasks like morning briefings and calendar reminders. But they're easier to trick, less reliable with complex tasks, and more likely to make mistakes.

We'll talk through this on our call. I'll never push you toward something you can't afford, but I want you to understand the tradeoffs before you decide.

Life's too short to dig through your inbox.

Send me an email and tell me a little about yourself. I'll let you know if this is a good fit.
